RJ is an actor and producer from Chicago, currently based in New York City. He was most recently seen on NBC’s Chicago Med and CBS’ The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where he also produces the cold open segment every day (at least until the show goes off the air next May!). He worked with Mike L. for several years at ESPN’s Always Late with Katie Nolan and he was directed by Mike M. for a Domino’s Pizza ad last year.

RJ studied broadcast journalism at DePaul University in Chicago where local NBC anchor/reporter and interim professor Rob Stafford called him a "natural." RJ decided not to go down the path of a one-man news band, but he’s been saving his skills for an occasion just like this one.
